Our cooperation with Mattoni began with the provision of specific needs for the storage and distribution of goods and POS materials.

We first defined the individual processes of receipt, storage, completion and picking of goods. We discussed the use of appropriate packaging materials and clarified transport requirements. After agreeing with the client, we arranged the delivery points according to the regions so as to minimize transport costs and be as efficient as possible.

We then began the preparation:

  1. We set up and modified our system to meet the client’s needs.
  2. We showed the Mattoni employees how to work with a program that is user-friendly and provides complete, online, 24/7 information on articles, orders and movement history.
  3. We use the helpdesk of the ordering system for effective communication between the client and warehouse employees. Whether it is a request for receipt, completion or transport, the request always reaches the right person on time.
  4. We dispatched orders for the just received goods already during the ongoing transfer of goods to our warehouse. We were thus able to minimize the undeliveries to our client at the time of the change of warehouse services provider.

We are proud that we have been working with Mattoni and jointly developing our long-term cooperation since 2021.
